Four-Bedroom House, accommodation in cardiff

A fantastic home for groups travelling together — families, friends, tourists, and anyone wanting to stay just five minutes’ walk from the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle, and the city centre’s bars, shops, and restaurants.

The Space

We happily welcome respectful groups, including sports teams, hen parties, and stag parties.

There are four neighbouring properties, which can be booked individually or together for larger groups. Combined, we can host up to 75 guests — just let us know what you need.

On selected weekends, we offer free Sunday nights (dates vary). Even if you don’t stay the extra night, you’re welcome to enjoy a very late checkout, unlike hotels that rush you out early.

The house is cosy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious — designed to feel like a relaxed, homely base for your break.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Ideal for up to 10 guests in existing beds

• Larger groups can be accommodated using high‑quality IKEA sofa beds in the bedrooms and lounge

• These sofa beds are designed for daily use, so they’re almost as comfortable as the main beds — perfect for short stays and maximising space for bigger groups

Hot Tub

• Available between 10am and 8pm

Neighbourhood & House Rules

The house is in a lovely residential area, so we ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours.

Quiet hours: 9pm – 9am

• No loud music or raised voices that can be heard outside or from the garden
• The garden must not be used after 8pm
• You’re welcome to relax, chat, and enjoy your evening indoors — just keep the volume low during quiet hours
